I had a mostly enjoyable stay at the Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel. The proximity to the airport was a huge plus, and the shuttle service was timely and convenient. However, I found that the room decor was a bit dated, yet it was comfortable and provided excellent soundproofing. I also appreciated the friendly staff and the good dining options available, although some details could have been clearer regarding amenities.

Rooms
8.0
The room was modern and clean, with black-out curtains that made for restful sleep. However, the decor was slightly dated, which may need an update.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, particularly during check-in and when I needed assistance with my luggage.
Location
8.0
The location is perfect for airport access, but being near a flight path could be bothersome for some, though I found the soundproofing effective.
Dining
9.0
I enjoyed a meal at the hotel restaurant, and the service was prompt, as my food was served within five minutes of ordering.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers nice amenities like room service and an airport shuttle, but some confusion about parking policies was annoying.

7.4/10

My stay at Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel had its ups and downs. While the shuttle service to the airport was excellent and the bed comfy, I was disappointed with the noise from other guests and issues with cleanliness in some areas. Overall, it feels like the hotel could use some updates and better management of large gatherings.

Rooms
5.0
The room was decent, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, but I did notice issues with cleanliness, including blood stains on a blanket (which was unsettling). There's also no power outlet next to the bed, which made charging devices inconvenient.
Service
6.0
I found the staff to be friendly and responsive, but my request for a late check-out was declined, which was frustrating since I chose this hotel specifically for that reason. They were generally helpful, though.
Location
5.0
The location is very convenient for a late arrival, as it's close to the airport. However, I felt uneasy about being in a red-light district, which affected my overall comfort during the stay.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast options were good, particularly the wonderful muffins and great coffee, which I enjoyed.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities, including the airport shuttle service, were quite good. However, I noticed that the spa area was unclean, with dust and hairs in the water, which made me hesitant to use it again.

5.8/10

My stay at the Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel was mixed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, which I appreciated after a long travel day. However, the shuttle service to and from the airport was quite concerning as there were too many passengers for the van and it felt unsafe. Overall, the hotel offers decent facilities but has room for improvement in its shuttle operations.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious, clean, with a comfy king bed. I liked having control over the room temperature. The bathroom had all necessary toiletries, enhancing the stay.
Service
9.0
Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome, which I appreciated, especially after a long journey.
Location
8.0
Being close to the airport was convenient. Despite some noise from planes during the day, it made my early morning flight much easier.
Dining
9.0
I found the on-site restaurant served good food. It was very convenient after a long day of travel. Service was prompt, and I enjoyed my meals there.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered a range of facilities including a shuttle service, which was efficient at times. However, the overcrowded shuttle experience was a downside for me.

My recent stay at the Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel was a mix of positives and challenges. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel’s proximity to the airport was incredibly convenient. However, I encountered issues with the room heating and some poorly trained staff, which impacted my overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room was attractively decorated, but I faced problems with heating. I received a portable heater quickly when I complained, which was a nice touch.
Service
5.0
While some staff members were friendly and responsive, others seemed apathetic and not very helpful. There were delays and a lack of basic information on check-in, which was disappointing.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was great for airport access, but it was located in a red-light district, which was a concern for me.
Dining
5.0
I didn't dine extensively at the hotel, but the breakfast options seemed to fall short of what I've experienced at other Best Western locations.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel has a shuttle service that was quite convenient. However, the parking situation was frustrating as I had to walk from a distant lot in the cold, and the elevators were quite outdated.

I had a decent stay at the Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel. It was close to the airport with a free shuttle, which was super convenient for my early flight. However, the noise from the planes and thin walls made it tough to get a good night's sleep. Overall, while there were some downsides, the value for the price was pretty good.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and had a microwave and coffee-making facilities. However, it was a bit dated, and I could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome after a long day. The shuttle service was also a plus, even though it took longer than expected on the way back from the airport.
Location
7.0
Being near the airport was really convenient for my flight. However, the noise from planes was definitely noticeable in the morning.
Dining
6.0
I didn't dine much here, but they did have room service and other dining options that seemed okay for a quick bite.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were alright, but the spa area was a letdown with no working sauna or steam room. The jacuzzi jets didn't work either, which was disappointing.
